05 / Progress

Notice the habit taking shape.

XP, levels and achievements add a little encouragement. These screens show sample activity in a development build.

This is a guided screenshot preview with fictional entries. It has no editable fields and collects no diary text.

These are real development screens. Developer controls and the unfinished weekly-poll interface may be visible. Image generation is a placeholder.

A diary that
feels like yours.

The prototype focuses on the everyday act of writing, with a few ways to make returning feel rewarding.

Write & keep

Your words, organized.

Create and edit entries, revisit them in your journal and group them into folders.

Look & feel

A change of atmosphere.

Choose illustrated scenes, gradients or animated backgrounds. Photo slideshow slots unlock as you progress.

Return & reflect

A little encouragement.

Set a writing frequency, see your progress and collect achievements. The web prototype has in-app prompts. Native reminder code schedules local notifications when enabled; device delivery still needs validation.

A note on your entries

Built around
local storage.

The current app stores entries locally: SQLite on native devices and browser storage in the web build. The website preview only displays screenshots.

Local storage is not a backup or an encryption claim. There is no implemented cloud-sync service in the reviewed prototype.

Implemented in the prototype

Writing, personal backgrounds and progress.

Entry editing, folders, local persistence, background choices, writing goals, XP, levels and achievements are represented in the working app.

Still being developed

Connections beyond the local app.

The image-generation provider and shared weekly-poll backend are not connected. A mood field exists in the data model, but the current editor has no mood selector.

App-store availability and a release date have not been established. For now, explore the preview and send us your thoughts.
